Even the worst tech correction in ages can’t rescind the multibagger status of my $TSLA $AMD $PLTR $SPOT picks $HIMS and $DUOL are next, but I don’t even care. These are the cherry on the cake - and they won’t be my last multibagger either

$HIMS just became a two-sided operating system for healthcare. Today, Eli Lilly signed a formal partnership to distribute Zepbound and Foundayo through the $HIMS platform. Earlier this year, Novo Nordisk did the same with Wegovy. The two companies that dominate obesity medicine now both supply through $HIMS. This is the moment the flywheel grows a second side. Here's how it works: 1/ The supply side: pharma. Building a direct-to-consumer channel is slow, expensive and outside pharma's core skill. $HIMS already has the patients, the providers, the pharmacy logistics and the brand. Lilly plugs in and reaches millions of self-pay patients without building any of it. Lower cost to reach each patient means a higher return on every drug they've already spent billions developing. 2/ The demand side: patients. A patient opens one app and gets a consultation, a prescription if appropriate, and home delivery. Foundayo starts at $149/month and Zepbound at $299/month, branded and FDA-approved, with no compounded substitutes. More choice, lower friction, same price as anywhere else. Outcomes per dollar go up. 3/ The two sides feed each other. Every new pharma partner makes the platform more valuable to patients: wider catalog, better prices, more options for the provider to match to each person. Every new patient makes the platform more valuable to pharma: more reach, more demand, more real-world data on adherence and response. 4/ The data is where it compounds. Every consultation, every check-in, every lab panel, every switch from one therapy to another becomes longitudinal outcome data that no single drugmaker can collect on its own. Patients get treatment matched to them. Pharma learns what works, for whom, in the real world. 5/ This is why both sides improve outcomes per dollar at once. Pharma gets more outcome per R&D dollar because its drugs reach the right patients at a fraction of the distribution cost. Patients get more outcome per healthcare dollar because the platform matches them to the best intervention at the best price. 6/ Then the gravity flips. The more pharma supplies through $HIMS, the more patients come. The more patients come, the more pharma has to supply through $HIMS. Lilly and Novo are fierce competitors, and both just chose the same platform. That's what a two-sided network looks like in its early innings. 7/ Now add the biomarker loop. Generic peptides arrive on the same rails. The dataset deepens. The AI gets better at designing the right intervention for each person. Eventually pharma isn't just selling through $HIMS. It's building for it. Just as $PLTR became the operating system for enterprise decisions, $HIMS is becoming the operating system where medicine meets the patient. The molecule becomes the output. The platform that matches it to each human becomes the asset.

Here we go fellas
People deserve to have access to the most innovative treatments. That’s why we work with leaders across the industry, and starting today, that includes @EliLillyandCo. When innovators work together, it’s better for everyone. Customers can access more personal care, providers have a well-rounded picture of how their patients are doing, and drugmakers can be confident that the people who need their medications the most will be able to get their hands on it and stick to it. Lilly is one of the most innovative companies in the world, and we share a commitment to reaching real people with real impact. Working together means we can combine some of the world’s best medicines with our powerful platform to help more people feel great. Read more, including important info: news.hims.com/newsroom/lilly…

The “trial” concept immediately evaporates once you are able to see what happens in someone’s body via a digital twin And as a customer, you’ll care most about it that longitudinal evidence at scale. You’ll the trust the network above all other entities

$DUOL is on track to become the world’s dominant superhuman personal AI tutor. It will outperform any human teacher on Earth, run at a fraction of the cost, and become the platform the rest of the education market builds on top of. Q3 2026 just confirmed the engine is working. Here’s the chain: 1/ More learners. Duolingo averaged 64.9M daily active users in Q3, up 29% year over year. That’s the second straight quarter of acceleration. The “AI kills language apps” bear case needed DAU growth to keep falling. Instead it bottomed at 21% in Q1 and is heading back towards 30%. 2/ Record net adds, against seasonality. Duolingo added 6.2M DAUs in a quarter that is usually its weakest, roughly double a typical Q3. Users aren’t leaving for chatbots. They’re coming to the product that already turns AI into daily learning. 3/ Every learner becomes a source of learning-outcome data. Every lesson, every mistake, every streak, every before-and-after across millions of people, every single day. That is data no general-purpose LLM can access, and it compounds with every new user. 4/ The data makes the tutor better. Better prediction of what each person needs next, at lower cost per lesson. Better outcomes attract more learners. More learners generate more data. Every new customer makes the tutor smarter, and every improvement in the tutor attracts more customers. 5/ Monetization follows the users. Subscription bookings growth went from 10% to 16% in a single quarter. Users lead, bookings follow, and revenue follows bookings with a lag. The market priced the lagging indicator and missed the leading one. 6/ The cash is already compounding. LTM free cash flow per share went from $0.2 in Q4 2021 to $8.3 today, on $1.18B of LTM revenue. This isn’t a speculative AI story waiting for a business model. It’s a cash machine funding its own superintelligence. 7/ Eventually the tutor becomes superhuman. It’s personalised to every learner, patient at 3am, fluent in every subject, and it runs at a fraction of the cost of a human. The best private tutor on Earth used to be a luxury for a few thousand families. Duolingo is turning it into a subscription for hundreds of millions. 8/ Then the market inverts. Schools, tutoring firms, edtech apps and employers stop competing with the tutor and start building on top of it. If you don’t own the AI trained on the largest dataset of human learning outcomes, you depend on whoever does. Just as $PLTR became the operating system for decisions, $DUOL becomes the operating system for learning. The molecule was the output in healthcare. Here, the lesson is the output. The intelligence that designs it becomes the asset.

$HIMS is extremely asymmetric at present. AI and biology are about to fuse and deliver most of the returns in the stock market over the next 5–10 years. Peptides moving towards approval is the first domino in a chain that ends with $HIMS worth $2,000 per share intrinsically by 2030. Here’s the chain: 1/ Generic peptides get approved. BPC-157 and others go mainstream. Millions of people try them, see results, and ask the obvious question: what else can I take? 2/ They ask it on the platform that already serves them. $HIMS is one of the largest D2C healthcare platforms on Earth, with a vertically integrated supply chain. Vertical integration wins on price. Price wins the customer. 3/ Every customer becomes a source of biomarker data. More patients, more panels, more longitudinal measurements, more before-and-after pairs. The dataset gets deeper every year. 4/ The AI gets smarter: better prediction, lower cost, better outcomes. Better outcomes attract more users. More users generate more data. Every new customer makes the machine smarter, and every improvement in the machine attracts more customers. 5/ Eventually the dataset is exhaustive enough that $HIMS AI can design personalised peptides for virtually anyone. Healthcare stops being about prescribing the same molecule to millions of people. It becomes about designing the optimal intervention for each individual, at a fraction of the cost of competing solutions. 6/ This unlocks an entirely new AI scaling law: life extension per token. It turns the pharmaceutical industry upside down. Traditional drug discovery becomes increasingly obsolete as value migrates to the AI trained on the largest, deepest, highest-quality longitudinal biomarker dataset. The molecule becomes the output. The intelligence that designs it becomes the asset. 7/ Everyone races to build or access that intelligence. If you don’t own it, you depend on it. Pharma suppliers depend on it because competitors using it design better interventions at lower cost. Customers depend on it because people using it may achieve better health outcomes and live longer than those who don’t. 8/ $HIMS becomes the most valuable subscription service on Earth as its AI grows increasingly predictive. Operating without $PLTR increasingly resembles operating without electricity. In the same way, living outside the $HIMS OS could mean losing access to the most consequential value creation machine in healthcare. Except this time, the output isn’t productivity or economic efficiency. It’s additional years of human life.

I know he’s talking his book, but this is why I think $HIMS is going to rip everyone’s face off essentially The world is as blind to bio/acc now as it was to AI/LLMs in 2021
SITUATION DETECTED: OpenAI President Greg Brockman says he thinks AI will make “significant strides” in biology, health, and curing diseases over the next 12–18 months, and that “death becoming a choice” could become possible.

This is a spectacularly accurate 🤣🤣
AI is the only theme where: - a lot of capex = bubble - less capex = it's dead - unchanged capex = it's slowing down - increased capex = it's not as fast as it used to be - stocks up = overextended - stocks down = still overvalued - stocks giga down = too many risks - good earnings = it's peak of the cycle - mediocre earnings = it's over
