I decided to give 2.5% of our revenue straight to Yuga for their APE buybacks for digital sealed holders of Mudwater
This is a big percentage given the math for gachas, but IMO worth it to help with the success of this tcg.
I will keep developing, creating new features, tools and products to see Mudwater gain the attention it deserves

From Tokyo to the Club.
Uchi sees design as a way to bring people together, inspired by the places he calls home, the pieces he collects, and the communities he's part of.
That vision comes to life in his BAYC collection.
Hear from Uchi on the process behind it.
Eyes on the prize.

Got to give huge credit to @BoredApeYC. The number of times they were told to pivot to replicate a competitors’ model, but held their own course.
Born web3, live web3.
incase it wasn't obvious, all the NFTs that pivoted away from their NFTs as the central asset, launched memecoins, ghosted to web2 are being proven wrong by BAYC in 4D that you can't make a sustainable business out of a web3 brand.
They are creating revenue streams off their new products in a thoughtful way that is keeping their NFT assets as the center of the ecosystem and their holders sharing in the upside.
They are utilizing their community creators and superfans in their marketing attack and growing an ecosystem with novel products that are not possible in web2 (physical/digital blockchain TCG, token gated Club experiences and merch, Otherside/Metaverse interoperability).
Masterclass imo

Mudwater's spark was Final Fantasy VIII, where you walk up, ante a card, winner takes it.
in @OthersideMeta that ante won't be an NPC script. play against real people, ante is in escrow onchain. win and you could redeem a vaulted physical if you want.
...and once that loop works, down the line I could imagine being able to ante more than cards. thinking about the possibilities with other NFTs and $APE, the currency of the realm.
play someone in-world •> settle onchain •> option to claim the physical or keep it in the vault.
cool loop and novel experience.
