AMD CEO @LisaSu talks Meta's Muse and progress in AI adoption. "You're not realizing how fast the adoption curve is going ... Muse is one of the best examples. Over 10 million people activating in the span of 45 days, that's pretty incredible; that's an adoption curve," Su says. Watch the full interview: finance.yahoo.com/video/amd-…

After spending a year publicly telling the world that AI is: * Going to take away everyone's jobs * Hack everything * Probably kill us all AI executives are shocked that there may be calls for regulation. Crazy right? Seriously, if there's an upside to what they are doing they have done a shit job of selling it to the public. Maybe they should have cured a few diseases or something before they unleashed AI cyber hacking on the world and AI math slop? Ya think?

Fuck this, video editing is one of the finest forms of creative expression - removing the human tears the soul out of it (like how gen AI harms artists). It just fuels the corporate “YouTube automation” plague; that money won’t show up in their coffin. SUPPORT REAL PEOPLE ‼️🫶

i don't know how many of you know this, but Higgsfield has a pretty terrible reputation among creative professionals. and no, it's not because they're selling AI video tools. it's because of their extremely aggressive and sometimes straight-up immoral marketing. back in february 2026, they ran a campaign with the line: “Higgsfield AI just ENDED 20 more creative jobs.” yes, that was literally their marketing. you can imagine how pissed off people working in creative fields were. but i've been thinking about something. do you really think this kind of outrage is going to stop companies from pulling these marketing stunts? Higgsfield was ranked the 5th highest consumer AI app by spending in a16z's 2026 report. and i think people on X and LinkedIn sometimes forget how small their bubble actually is. there's a massive audience out there on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube that doesn't even know about these controversies. they see a cool AI video, discover the tool, and buy a subscription. they don't care about what some creative director posted on X three months ago. and i'm not defending Higgsfield here. celebrating people losing their jobs to sell software is a pretty shitty thing to do. but i think there's a much bigger lesson in this. we often confuse what people are angry about online with what actually influences buying decisions. and those two things can be VERY different. a company can have terrible PR among one group of people and still be growing insanely fast among another. which makes me wonder how much of what we call a "marketing disaster" is actually a disaster for the business.

I have yet to see anyone evangelizing an AI-powered future make a convincing case for it without relying on AI to write the argument for them.
"Content creators" as we know them, will not exist in the coming years Nobody will be YouTubers, influencers, etc Why? Because there will be AI-generated content creators that are 1000x more entertaining, engaging, knowledgeable, etc These AI creators won't be operated by individuals. They'll be operated by quant-like firms that ingest enormous amounts of audience data, continuously optimizing every aspect of their content based on real-time engagement metrics Every video, joke, opinion, every interaction will be engineered to maximize audience attention Especially now that algos rule everything by serving you content they think you will like Human content creators will still exist but it will be akin to me day trading on Robinhood vs a team of 1,000 quants at Jane Street

NEW The Wall Street Journal reports that Republicans had planned on making New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani the face of the Democratic Party in an effort to paint Democrats as out of touch. That plan was upended when Trump accepted Mamdani’s invitation to meet at Gracie Mansion. House Republicans were “apoplectic,” and Speaker Mike Johnson later called the meeting an unforced error. Democrats, in fact, would be the ones harmed by slowdowns in Westchester County. Bizarre conspiratorial message from a member of Congress—they’ve got paper ballots and election observers from each party. Westchester may be slower today, but no reason to believe it’s insecure
No surprise. The Democrats in NY will do anything and everything to cheat.

Spoke to @DarializaforNY at a polling location this morning and she responded to Trump's remarks this morning that he will end military aide to Israel. She says that she is skeptical of "what the president says, because we’ve seen, even through the ceasefire, that Israel has not maintained its part.” Full story at @AJEnglish aje.news/1kixog?update=51157…

Wildly irresponsible post. Westchester is the Democratic core of #NY17: if voters there are discouraged from casting ballots, the beneficiary will be Mike Lawler.
This is how the Left steals elections. Mike Lawler’s competitive district and they are turning away voters.

The Westchester County Board of Elections (BOE) is aware of an issue involving paper ballots that is preventing voting machines from accepting ballots at polling locations throughout the County. The Westchester Board of Elections wants to reassure every voter that your vote matters, your ballot will be secure and your vote will be counted. The Board of Elections is in constant communication with New York State officials, Westchester County Government and poll workers to address this issue and ensure that voting continues with as little disruption as possible. In the meantime, voters should continue to complete their paper ballots as instructed by poll workers. Ballots will be placed in designated orange emergency ballot bags, which will remain secure and monitored. These ballots will subsequently be counted in accordance with applicable election procedures. We strongly encourage all voters to remain in line, exercise patience and, most importantly, cast their ballots. The BOE sincerely apologizes to voters and poll workers for the inconvenience this situation has caused, and the BOE recognizes the importance of a smooth and efficient voting process. They are taking every necessary step to address the issue as quickly as possible. Let us be absolutely clear: Every eligible vote will be counted. No voter should be discouraged from participating in this election because of this issue. Your voice matters. Your vote matters. Please stay in line and vote.
