Kudos to these inmates for coming to the aid of our deputy when he suffered a cardiac emergency in a jail housing unit. We thank them for their timely assistance and the lesson their actions provide. It's not the uniform that makes a hero. It's the person wearing it.

The review numbers are rising.... 406 reviews now and the Trust Pilot rating for @Shearings is 2.5/5 all due to their bad service and handling of their refunds policy and total breach of their @ABTAtravel rules and the terms of their licence.

It's just a shame #Shearings are hiding behind Holiday Credit Notes instead of giving refunds to those who ask for it. Many of their faithful customer are happy to #travel and rebook their holiday but some of us cannot. They have the backing to refund but they won't.

Oh dear, the people are revolting.... Even the "oldies" (the bread and butter of coach holidays) are waking up to the fact @Shearings are nothing but highway robbers. The rules say REFUND!
