Due to traffic congestion, that journey can currently take up to 2.5 hours. @BoringCompany can reduce that to a consistent <30 mins.

Coinbase + Better just closed the FIRST Fannie Mae-backed mortgage using Bitcoin as collateral.
Pledge your BTC, don't sell it and buy a house.
No liquidation or capital gains event. Just a standard conforming mortgage backed by the same Fannie Mae that powers the rest of the housing market.
A U.S. government-sponsored enterprise is now treating digital assets as collateral.
Prices may be down but this is truly historic!

The CFTC just approved the first true onshore BTC perp - Kalshi's BTCPERP - and cleared Coinbase to route US clients into global perps via Bermuda.
Ok so what's the big deal? Well, Perps were ~90% of global crypto derivatives volume, and the US sat out on almost all of it.
When reading the fine print, this is built on approvals + a no-action letter, not law. As CoinDesk notes, anything done by agency guidance "can be easily overturned by future agency leaders."
Onshore, regulated perps are real today following this updated guidance. Whether they're permanent and here to stay is still TBD.

hyperliquid:native has been making waves over the past few weeks; and for good reason.
The HYPE ETF launch did something no other crypto ETF has done in its first 10 days.
It absorbed 1.04% of its own market cap in net inflows.
- BTC ETF at launch: 0.59%
- ETH ETF at launch: 0.41%
- SOL ETF at launch: 0.31%
- HYPE ETF: 1.04% 👀
hyperliquid:native has been one of the few bright spots in the industry. Are you a hyperliquid:native bull?
