Serbian police say an unidentified minor shouting “Allahu Akbar” attacked a gendarmerie guard with two knives outside the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade and was killed in self-defense. A officer was slightly wounded.
According to reports, the man was known to authorities for his support of ISIS and was being monitored in advance of the attack.
Interior Minister Ivica Dacic treats the incident as a terrorist attack, raises the terror threat to the highest level and steps up police presence at key locations.
Argentina’s National Directorate of Migrations says Flávio Bolsonaro and family entered through the Tancredo Neves International Bridge in Misiones at 10:50 p.m. on Oct. 27 with valid documents and no legal impediment, then boarded a private Baires Fly flight to Guayaquil, Ecuador, at 11:30 p.m.
