It gives first responders top data priority on every 5G band. And in rare times of extreme congestion, it dynamically dedicates more capacity to first responders. That's the difference between connected and able to work.

Only 30% of customers answer CSAT surveys. QA reviews about 5% of calls. AI can cut handle time 40% but most teams still run manual. My take: we built a decade of AI that explains the problem. Agentic AI is the first that fixes it, carrying context across channels and resolving issues without a handoff.
Gartner says 80% of common service issues by 2029.
The network underneath is what makes that real.
