Please don’t judge people. You don’t know what it took someone to get out of bed, look and feel as presentable as possible and face the day. You never truly know the daily struggles of others. ~ Karen Salmansohn

Its so hard when the clocks go back and winter strikes, the air in your rooms deadly cold and putting clothes feels discusting. Having a shower and dreading stepping out only to feel your wet hair turn to -10 as you cling to the hairdryer blowing your body as you blow your hair
These are lovely xx

When I collected my son from nursery yesterday, I had to fill in a form. Brain fog was making this challenging & I ended up telling my son’s key worker that I have #mecfs. She had no idea! Said it shows how we don’t know what others are dealing with #InvisibleDisabilitiesWeek 1/2
