Life is a journey, and things do not always turn out as we expect. Focus on what is truly important as it will help see us through the tough times we encounter along the way. Learn from any setbacks and remember that each new day provides an opportunity to grow. #MondayMotivation

The medals remind me how far I’ve come, but I’m not finished yet. Proud to be sponsored by @FujiSportsUS and @HatashitaSportsJudo and grateful for their support as I keep training and competing. #FujiSports #HatashitaSports #ParaJudo #Judo

Apple Music is really terrible at shuffling music. Thousands of songs and it still finds a way to play the same 40 song.

The Para Judo schedule for the @LA28 @Paralympics is out, with competition taking place at the LA Convention Center August 24-26! The LA28 Paralympic Games will feature the largest athlete field ever assembled, alongside the most gender-balanced athlete quota in the history of the Paralympic Games. With 45% of quota places allocated to women, up from 42% at Paris 2024, this progress will be reflected across Para Judo and five other sports aiming to achieve gender parity for the first time at LA28.
