Europe has started a SURVIVAL COUNTDOWN.
Governments are now ordering citizens to STOCKPILE and prepare to survive without their help.
Water. Food. First-aid kits. Cash. Powerbanks. Radios.
Here’s how long each country wants YOU to last on your own:
UK: 3 days
Germany: up to 10 days
Sweden: 7 days
Norway: 7 days
Estonia: 7 days
Switzerland: 7 days
Taiwan: 7 days
Ireland: 3 days
Poland: 3 days
Denmark: 3 days
France: 72 hours
Belgium: 72 hours
Netherlands: 72 hours
Finland: 72 hours
Latvia: 72 hours
Lithuania: 72 hours
EU: 72 hours
They weren’t all issued at once. Some date back years.
And the reasons sound ordinary: storms, blackouts, supply disruptions, cyberattacks.
But if the reasons are so ordinary, why is everyone preparing at once?
There isn’t one shared timetable. But recent events show why these warnings are getting attention.
- Websites worldwide were taken offline as hackers made MILLIONS of attempts to exploit security flaws.
- In the UK, 3 of its 4 nuclear-armed submarines went to sea at once, the first time in 7 years.
- At their home base where Britain’s nuclear subs are stationed, ballistic shelters are now being built.
- The same day, the UK warned that the “risk of sudden escalation is high” across 15 countries.
- In the US, the Pentagon ordered major bases ready to run for 90 days without outside support.
- In the Middle East, Americans have started being pulled out as Iranian plots to kill have reached “advanced stages.”
- US officials say forces are ready to strike Iran within 96 hours of Trump's order.
- US intelligence warned Iran and the Houthis are ready to retaliate, potentially beyond the region.
- Iran is preparing for a possible ground operation inside its own territory.
- In Moscow, Iran’s FM says Russia and Iran have “never” worked so closely.
- In Israel, Netanyahu held up a map of Middle East alliances that placed Russia as "Iran-friendly".
- In Beijing, China announced it’s sending special envoys to the region to stop things from getting worse.
- Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani officials flew to Tehran for emergency de-escalation talks.
Each of these on its own could be explained.
Now look at the 2 leaders who started this war.
Netanyahu faced his first election since the Iran war began. Counting continues with no clear winner yet.
If Netanyahu wins, Trump’s endorsed ally stays in power.
If he loses, rival Eisenkot also backs attacking Iran to destroy its nuclear capability.
Either way, further strikes remain on the table.
In the US, midterms are in 6 days.
Trump says the results will have “no impact” on his Iran decisions.
Even if Democrats win Congress, the new lawmakers take office in January.
That leaves a 2-month window, right when officials say the strikes are most likely to come.
Strikes that Iran has promised to answer.
So what is coming?
No confirmed answer. Just instructions to prepare.
California’s BILLIONAIRE tax showdown is 5 DAYS away.
On November 3, voters decide on Prop 40.
It would impose a one-time tax of up to 5% on covered wealth for billionaires who were California residents on January 1, 2026.
Here’s where the biggest names stand.
1. Larry Page, Google co-founder, is now a Florida resident, according to his representatives.
2. Sergey Brin, Google co-founder, is now a Nevada resident and has donated over $100 MILLION to efforts opposing the tax.
3. Peter Thiel, PayPal co-founder, relocated to South Florida after years of building ties there.
4. Travis Kalanick, Uber co-founder, says he moved to Texas on December 18, 2025.
5. Steven Spielberg became a New York resident on January 1, with his spokesperson citing family reasons.
6. Mark Zuckerberg considered leaving California over the tax.
Meta’s new share structure would let him sell some nonvoting shares to cover a potential bill while preserving voting control.
7. Markus “Notch” Persson listed his Beverly Hills mansion for $70 MILLION, though no tax motive has been established.
Meanwhile, Nvidia’s Jensen Huang told CBS he considers the ability to pay billions in taxes a privilege.
“I’m not afraid of paying taxes. I’m just afraid of being poor.”
The Fed has gone QUIET.
Kevin Warsh has dropped forward guidance and skipped his own dot twice, and the Fed held rates without committing to a December rate move.
How the Fed went from silence to signals, and back:
1. Before 1994: The Fed didn't routinely announce rate decisions, so markets guessed from its bond trades and read the minutes 6 to 8 WEEKS later.
2. Feb 4, 1994: The first post-meeting statement, just 99 words, which Greenspan privately argued shouldn't set a precedent.
3. Aug 2003: "Considerable period," the first explicit guidance on the future rate path.
4. Apr 2011: The first post-meeting press conference, which Powell made an every-meeting event from 2019.
5. Aug 2011: Low rates likely "at least through mid-2013," the first calendar-based rate guidance.
6. Jan 25, 2012: The first dot plot.
7. Jun 17, 2026: Warsh's first meeting, where he said "We've dropped forward guidance."
18 officials submitted rate forecasts in September, and the Chair submitted none.
🚨FOMC: Fed Chair Warsh says the U.S. economy is STRONG but not overheating, with rising productivity supporting growth.
"The economy is strong. I didn't try to sugarcoat that."
"Economic growth is higher, but that doesn't tell me that economic growth is somehow causing inflation."
Warsh says the Fed can restore price stability without triggering job losses.

📰WEEKEND WRAP: Are prediction markets becoming a threat to pollsters? 🗳️
Monthly volume on Kalshi and Polymarket hit $64.9B in September, up from $4.7B in November 2024.
Bets on this year’s congressional races have topped $220M. That’s more than double the $92M bet on the entire 2024 cycle.

💡EXPLAINED: America’s allies are buying 60% less of its debt.
US-aligned countries bought a net $174.3B of Treasuries in the first eight months of 2026.
That’s the lowest since 2021 and down more than 60% from a year earlier.
🌏Asia led the pullback.
Japan, the biggest foreign holder, bought just $389M, down 99%.
South Korea sold $23.8B, a record for the period. Taiwan was also a net seller.
There’s no single cause. Weak currencies, rising yields at home and unease over US policy may all play a role.
⚠️The timing matters because US debt is above $40T.
Private investors now hold about 70% of it, and they’re more price-sensitive. The 10-year yield sits at 5.02%.
🚨BULLISH: Oracle surges 11% after promising Wall Street $30 BILLION of free cash flow by 2029.
Oracle, which S&P cut to one notch above junk in July, has been burning cash on AI data centers.
It now says it needs only $20 BILLION more, split evenly between stock and debt, to finish the buildout.
The stock was down 33% this year before today.
🚨JUST OUT: Google $GOOGL PLUNGES over 9% after hours on an earnings MISS, and its AI infrastructure spending pushes free cash flow NEGATIVE.
Alphabet spent $51.4 BILLION on capex in the quarter, leaving free cash flow at NEGATIVE $9.07 BILLION despite revenue rising 25% to $127.58 BILLION.
EPS came in at $2.12 vs $3.00 expected, with the miss traced to an $8.7 BILLION loss on equity investments.
Google Cloud was the bright spot, surging 103% to $30.71 BILLION and beating by $1.6 BILLION.
🚨BREAKING: Google and Microsoft stocks move in OPPOSITE directions after both post RECORD revenue.
Google $GOOGL plunged over 7% after hours, despite record revenue of $127.6 BILLION.
Microsoft $MSFT jumped as much as 6% after record revenue of $92.3 BILLION.
Google Cloud revenue more than doubled to $30.7 BILLION, but profit missed estimates.
Google also spent $51.4 BILLION on capex in just 3 months.
Microsoft revealed quarterly Azure revenue for the first time, at $33.2 BILLION, up 48%.
Its commercial backlog hit $677 BILLION, up 73%.
Combined, the two tech giants brought in nearly $220 BILLION in just 3 months.

🇺🇸 JUST IN: Fed Chair Kevin Warsh says inflation has been above the 2% target for nearly SIX years.
Warsh said "inflation is too high," as the Fed held rates at 3.75% to 4%.
"It's our responsibility to get inflation down," the Fed Chair said.
He also announced changes to the Fed's meeting schedule, among other key points from his press conference:
1. One meeting in 2027 will have no rate vote, and only 6 of 8 are expected to set policy in 2028
2. No hint on December, as Warsh doesn't believe in forward guidance absent a crisis
3. Rates are having an effect on tech, including AI
4. Most Fed officials don't think the economy is running too hot
5. Politics played no role in the decision, six days before the midterms
INSIGHT: Google searches for Bitcoin have plunged to a FIVE-YEAR LOW as $BTC trades near $81,000.
Similar lows in September 2023 and September 2024 coincided with local Bitcoin price BOTTOMS.
Retail interest in crypto FADING:
- Robinhood's crypto revenue plunged 55% year over year to $120 MILLION in Q3
- Bitcoin wallets holding a balance declined by roughly 30,000 since October 16.
Some analysts see this retail disinterest as a BULLISH signal, suggesting selling pressure may be easing.
However, a bottom remains unconfirmed, with $80,000 emerging as a critical level as markets digest the Fed rate decision and midterms election.
🚨ALERT: Bitcoin breaks above $81,000 as the Federal Reserve leaves interest rates UNCHANGED at 3.75%–4.00%.
⚡️JUST OUT: Fed leaves interest rates UNCHANGED at 3.75%–4.00%.
The Fed PAUSES after September's 25-basis-point hike, despite U.S. inflation reaching 3.7%, well above its 2% target.
Markets had priced in less than 10% odds of another hike today, but traders still expect HIGHER rates in December.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- The decision passed 10–2, with Fed officials Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack dissenting in favor of a 25-basis-point HIKE.
- The Fed upgraded its assessment of U.S. economic activity from a "solid pace" to a "strong pace."
- The Fed removed language suggesting its latest policy action would support a faster return to its 2% inflation target, instead emphasizing incoming data.
All eyes now turn to Fed Chair Kevin Warsh for clues on the Fed's next move.

Wall Street is REJECTING Tokenization?
JPMorgan, AMD, Coca-Cola, Dell and 29 other companies have now blocked tokenized versions of their shares on OKXICE.
But the key here is the '30-day objection window.'
Under the SEC’s framework:
A platform planning to offer a third party’s tokenized version of a company’s stock must notify the company, giving it 30 days to object.
If the company says no, the listing is blocked on that platform.
If it stays silent, trading can proceed once the other requirements are met, even WITHOUT the company actively endorsing the tokens.
So a company still assessing the risks has a reason to object first.
Those risks include potential effects on share prices, liquidity and shareholder rights.
That’s why these objections don’t automatically mean “we’re against tokenization.” They could mean “we’re not comfortable with someone else doing this with our shares.”
JPMorgan illustrates the distinction as it’s building its own tokenization business while opposing this third-party version of its shares.
$17 TRILLION worth of stocks now rejects TOKENIZATION.
7 more companies have objected to digital token versions of their shares on OKXICE:
1. JPMorgan $JPM: ~$890B
2. AMD $AMD: ~$870B
3. Coca-Cola $KO: ~$400B
4. Dell $DELL: ~$320B
5. Applied Materials $AMAT: ~$310B
6. Sandisk $SNDK: ~$250B
7. Adobe $ADBE: ~$95B
Leading the list is JPMorgan, the world’s largest bank, with $5.2T under management.
It’s also one of Wall Street’s biggest tokenization players. It runs its own blockchain unit, Kinexys, issues JPM Coin, and has launched tokenized money market funds on Ethereum.
That brings the total to 33 companies, worth roughly $17T, more than half the 62 OKXICE originally named.
Why?
🚨HOT TAKE: The Fed is the "BIGGEST RISK" to the U.S. bull market, with further rate hikes threatening a 2018-style market SELLOFF.
Key Advisors CEO Eddie Ghabour warns that further tightening could trigger a major economic slowdown in 2027.
🚨FOMC TODAY: Bitcoin has rallied as much as 31% from its FOMC-day low to the peak of the subsequent rally in 2026.
Here's how $BTC performed following previous Fed meetings:
🟢 September 16: +16% rally
🟢 July 29: +31% rally
🔴 June 17: −13% decline
🟢 April 29: +11% rally
U.S. inflation hit 3.7% in September, while producer prices rose 6.3% year-over-year.
The Fed is expected to HOLD interest rates today after September's hike, with markets watching closely for its next policy move.
MASSIVE: 🇦🇷 Argentinas's PESO has plunged to a NEW ALL-TIME LOW against the U.S. dollar this week.
The Argentine peso LOST about 99% of its value over the past 10 YEARS.
In 2016, $1 bought roughly 15 pesos. Today, it buys around 1,538 pesos.
Just $650 is now enough to become a PESO MILLIONAIRE in Argentina.
A decade ago, that same 1 MILLION pesos was worth approximately $66,000.
⚡️UPGRADE: Google unveils a new CRYPTO SECURITY system for banks as compromised private keys accounted for 43.8% of crypto theft in 2024, per Chainalysis.
The new Multi-Party Compute (MPC) service splits wallet keys across multiple systems and checks transactions BEFORE approval, reducing the risk of a SINGLE breach exposing funds.
Alphabet is already using the technology to secure assets on Ethereum and Solana, while major financial institutions are testing it.
Google also plans future POST-QUANTUM security upgrades, with commercial rollout targeted for early 2027.
🔥BULLISH: Moody's awards Ripple's $2.6B $RLUSD stablecoin an A2 investment-grade rating and its HIGHEST short-term rating, P-1.
The grades signal STRONG credit quality and top-tier short-term repayment capacity, backed by U.S. Treasuries and cash with a 103% reserve coverage target.
The milestone follows Ripple's FINAL U.S. approval for its national trust bank, marking a major boost to RLUSD's institutional credibility.
🇺🇸BREAKING: The OCC has officially given Ripple final approval for its own national trust bank, which will manage the reserves behind its RLUSD stablecoin.
It completes a process that began with the OCC's conditional approval last December.
Ripple National Trust Bank will also offer crypto custody once it opens.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse says "crypto and banks work better together."
