So, is Access Holdings really overvalued?
Let me explain why we think so.
There are several things to consider, but the most important are profitability, growth prospects, earnings quality, and the ability of the business to create value for shareholders.
Our analysts used three valuation methods to arrive at Access Holdings' fair value: P/E, P/B, and the Dividend Discount Model (DDM). These same methods were applied to all the banks under our coverage for consistency.
The outcome was a fair value of approximately ₦20 per share.
