Fantastic #homelearning again: Taamar wrote an invitation for her play, she did a William Morris inspired design and wrote out the 3 x table; then, did dividing by 3 with the shells. She also read the whole of ‘Shooting star’ which she really enjoyed with mum #read @DLATSchools

Year 1 have had a great day celebrating World Ocean Day today. We watched some live rock pooling, learnt to breathe like a dolphin, listened to some stories and created lots of ocean themed art using printing, weaving and collage. @DLATSchools #WorldOceansDay2020 #year1

Really positive news. Charlie has finished cycle 11 of chemo and begins proton therapy in Manchester on Monday for 2 months. Pathology results show the tumour was 100% dead, which is amazing as you never usually get total necrosis. His hair is also coming back. Stay strong!
