As I continue to lean hard on an agent fleet to help me wrangle a million things, I find that sometimes it is helpful to move around. I'll bring my desk to stand and put the music on and dance. Or I will sit outside in the sunshine with my phone. 🌞 Mix it up!

Finally figured out how to wash gym clothes. Don't: use hot water, steam, more scented detergent, pre-wash or dryer sheets. Washer: Dirty Labs Bio Enzyme Detergent + Booster, warm, active wear cycle, extra rinse. Dryer: low temp, less dry, wool dryer balls instead of sheets.

I wonder if the future of journalism might look less like long-form textual articles with stock photos interspersed and a lot more like rich interactive graphics that help people understand complex issues and nuance/tradeoffs.

Every problem that takes more than 20 years to solve is an education problem, because it will take well-educated people to solve that problem. You want a stable and peaceful democracy? You want plentiful fusion power? You want bases on Mars? Cure cancer? Educate the kids.

The last 50y of programming has built inefficient software, excused by increasingly powerful hardware. I have to wonder if AI optimization could enable a great harvest of efficiency and performance improvements that just weren't worth the human expertise previously.

Elon Musk flips a vehicle upside down and everyone claps and cheers. But when I do it, suddenly I'm "recklessly endangering children" and "unfit to be a school bus driver".

After an hour and twenty minutes of @united chat, they conclude that I have to call and wait on hold because they can't help me on chat.

Yes you probably should be supplementing with creatine monohydrate
This new creatine study is insane. People who never trained took 10g of creatine a day and gained more lean tissue (2.43 lbs) than people who were lifting 3x a week with no creatine (0.31 lbs). Here's the breakdown: (1/18)
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The lean tissue gains in the no-exercise creatine group were measured by DXA body scans which creatine affects by increasing intracellular water that registers as lean mass. The decision to exercise or not was self-selected by participants not randomized. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC13… medicalnewstoday.com/articles/creat…
