Y'all are going to brag about this?! What if some of those drivers needed mental help from from past trauma? Yet, y'all are going to throw the book at people instead of getting them the help they need. Y'all should be ashamed!
Did the NAACP review the ENTIRE bill? It's not just about minorities. But, hey, with our government's current actions, we're really going to continue to divide as fellow Americans?

Why can't y'all join together to help those displaced trying to find their families!!! If you guys aren't in the air then why isn't there more people to answer the damn phones for refunds and cancellations?!!! Enough is enough and airlines should be held accountable!!!!
They choose to be not willing to help people as a result of this to get to their families!!! Yet, they choose to price gouge!!! All of you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! It's the holiday season and y'all choose profit over what's right!!!!
Refunds and cancellations aren't going to cut it!!! There should have been a team to help displaced people during these cancellations. So, not only is Southwest guilty, other airlines are just as guilty!!!
Thanks @SouthwestAir and other airlines @united @delta @AmericanAir @Allegiant your sympathy during the massive Southwest airlines flight cancellations. Seems y'all could've worked together to help displaced people during the holiday seasons.
