Jamaica’s early childhood development system took centre stage in October, as policymakers and technical specialists from the Eastern Caribbean engaged in a two-day knowledge exchange, aimed at strengthening early childhood education governance and service delivery throughout the region. #JISFeatures #JISNews #TheVoiceofJamaica #FeatureSpotlight #MOESYI
A two-day study tour, organised by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission, in collaboration with the Early Childhood Commission (ECC) and the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information, provided the participants with first-hand exposure to Jamaica’s legislative, regulatory and operational approaches to early childhood development last month.
