I’m so sick of looking at my body in disgust

reached a hw time to lose again

last january was an awful start but this is much worse

got a job!!!! can starve without realising it hehe

thinking about him more than food this is wild

i love hanging out with guys i always have less of an appetite cause i don’t wanna seem big

gained all my weight back i lost from a small trip 😐

how do you guys count calories and keep on track on holidays? i’m just gonna try and walk as much as possible
