My productivity and overall mental health has increased greatly over the past week due to @finchcareapp.
Imagine a cute lil Tamagotchi like virtual pet, & their well-being is dependent on you completing daily/weekly tasks, big & small.
You can add virtually any goal you want!

Back in November, I gave @finchcareapp, a self care app, another shot, hoping that it would keep me doing a little more than the bare minimum.
After 3 months, my mental is doing better and I actually have optimism for the futureโฆsomewhat๐คท. Either way, LETโS GOOOOO!!

On January 1, 2025, I redownloaded the @finchcareapp and committed to checking in with (and being bossed around by) a cartoon bird to get my habits in order. I never imagined I'd get a whole year streak but I'm damn proud of it.
๐ฅ to a year of growth and ๐ฅณ onto the next!
