IDIA stay winning. 🏆🥺Horror doesn't always get its due in Nigeria, but this story keeps proving itself anyway. Good work finds its way, even when it doesn't come easy at home. Now Best international film Winner at the Swedish International Film Festival 2026. 🇸🇪👑 #IDIA

There’s a film in cinemas right now, “EVI”.
Starring a fresh face @OsasOkonyon and she delivers 👏🏽
Also featuring @uzorarukwe , @dadaomowunmi … and yes, me 😌

If we truly want better films, new stars, and more originality…
We have to support it.
Go and watch EVI in cinemas. It’s actually GOOD.
Or… let’s be honest that we don’t really want change.
Judith Audu retweeted
Because when films actually take that risk… you don’t show up.
Then when filmmakers go back to the same familiar faces, you complain again.
Nollywood is a business. People will keep doing what works.

You guys are always shouting:
“Nollywood should give us new faces”
Unpopular opinion:
Some of you don’t actually want that. You just like complaining 😏
