Based is expanding and building on LayerZero ATLAS, a new engine for global markets built with deep, global liquidity for both open and institutional trading venues. ATLAS combines matching, clearing, settlement and risk in one unified stack, with 24/7 markets and instant settlement. It runs on LayerZero’s Zero blockchain, with initial capacity of more than 250,000 TPS and sub-millisecond median latency.
Based is the second largest wallet on Hyperliquid by volume. More than 45,000 active addresses transact through Based, and our platform has processed over $50 billion in volume on Hyperliquid to date.
Our mission is to give traders the best possible trading experience. Building on LayerZero ATLAS brings Based users competitive fees, high performance and access to global markets 24/7, and opens Based to high-volume traders and institutions.
Zero mainnet and LayerZero ATLAS are scheduled to go live on 30 November 2026. Trading powered by LayerZero ATLAS will be available in the Based mobile app and web terminal from launch.
We are excited to build alongside LayerZero and the institutions backing Zero, including Tether, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), Citadel Securities and ARK Invest.

.@LoonFinance has selected LayerZero's OFT standard to power cross-chain interoperability for its Canadian dollar-backed stablecoin $CADC.
Migrating from a legacy solution, Loon collaborated with LayerZero to design a bespoke solution that satisfied the unique regulatory, compliance, security, and growth needs of $CADC.
Loon's selection of the OFT standard comes after it has received approval from the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) to issue a CAD-backed stablecoin.
@CADCstablecoin is available on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, and Solana, via LayerZero.

A new system capable of aggregating 32,000 post-quantum Falcon signatures in just 0.65 seconds on a MacBook Pro.
ML-DSA, NIST’s standardized default, is already working inside Aerie at high performance.

Built using Akita, our recently announced lattice-based polynomial commitment scheme, Aerie delivers a major performance breakthrough in post-quantum signature aggregation.
On a MacBook Pro M4 Max, without GPU acceleration:
• 32,768 Falcon-512 signatures aggregated in 0.65 seconds
• 16,384 Falcon-1024 signatures aggregated also in 0.63 seconds
• 2.1 GiB peak memory usage
• 10x faster single-core verification than checking signatures individually
As we prepare for a post-quantum future, Aerie demonstrates that post-quantum security and high performance do not have to be mutually exclusive.
