990 miles yesterday. One stop fuel, no tires 😆 Record time too. It’s amazing when there’s no traffic and you don’t stop the time you can make.
Congratulations @TheFast49
Thank you @STaranto92 for all your hard work covering the sport. 🙌🏼
Cody Ware JUST misses out on qualifying in the Top 10, but he earns a career-best 11th starting spot at Talladega and for RWR as a whole. Spoke to Cody on his way back from pit road and while he admitted it was "bittersweet" to miss out on the pole run, he lauded the job that his crew did preparing his car and said today's a great day.
Cody also said that starting up front gives him the opportunity to stay up front and work their strategy from there as opposed to having to work up from the back. By the way, is the rest of the field on upset alert?
"Yeah, I think we're in good shape."

Our team hosted the annual @roushyates Fish Fry yesterday with my Mom, Richard, Jack, Mark, family, and friends. The annual Fish Fry is to celebrate the birthday of Robert Yates, Richard Yates, and Jack Roush, who all share the same birthdate, with Jack being one year older.
We were honored to rebuild an engine for @markmartin, who joined us to unveil the iconic No. 6 Thunderbird and share stories from the 1993–1995 Watkins Glen chassis Jr. 17 race winner, as well as its 1997 Suzuka Circuit pole in Japan.
😆 this is a good one 😂
Thank you Jeff. I’m honored 🏁
Mark Martin was a fierce competitor and someone I admired long before I had the chance to call him a teammate and a friend. When he asked me to write the foreword for his new book, I was honored. Be sure to pick up a copy of “Never Lift.” There’s a lot more to Mark’s story than I ever knew.

Love you @Kenny_Wallace 😎
The DAY @markmartin changed the #nascar point system was when he drove up, Kenny Wallace’s driveway to be on “Coffee with Kenny”
Great post right here 🙌🏼
Who was the first woman to compete in a #NASCARCup superspeedway race? The answer to yesterday’s trivia question is #JanetGuthrie!
In 1976, Guthrie made history at the #World600 at @CLTMotorSpdwy, finishing 15th to become the first woman to compete in a superspeedway race.
Thank you @Joey_Chapman and @CLTMotorSpdwy 😎
