I am very unhappy ☹️. I tried your customer service in US and could not leave my number because the system only accepted US numbers.
I want a full refund.

Tinder app is not working and wish to complain. If set to 10miles radius, no one is found. If set to 20 miles away girls are found 10miles away why. When I get a match I cannot message the girl. This can been seen on 2 girls. The rest are ok.

Dear Sirs,
I am very unhappy at the app and services of Tinder.
I subscribed to Gold on 18th February 2020.
Since this time I have had many issues, these include
Selecting a distance of 10miles, receiving no ladies on line, the selecting 20miles and receiving ladies
no ladies on line, the selecting 20miles and receiving ladies 3 miles away. This was not picked up at the 10mile setting.
When I have chosen 20 Miles plus, I get girls in other countries mainly China.
The app sometimes hangs and all other apps are fully functional.
