Fiji’s Minister for Defence and Veterans Affairs, Pio Tikoduadua, delivers his opening remarks at the Pacific Regional Dialogue on the Implementation of Articles 6 and 7 of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, held at the Vuvale Maritime Essential Services Centre in Lami today.
The dialogue brought together the Fiji Government, the Fiji Nuclear Veterans and Families Association and the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons to discuss support for people affected by nuclear weapons use and testing, environmental remediation and international cooperation.
