Ajay Mitchell says he got his love for defense from his late father, Barry Mitchell, who specialized on that end of the floor during his basketball career:
"I love it. I was never known for my defense in college, but my dad was a big-time defender. Every game, no matter what and no matter how many points I scored, it always came back to defense. If I had a great game offensively but didn't play good defense, I'd never hear the end of it. I think that kind of fueled me growing up. I feel like every time I'm on the court, I want to compete on both ends. It's great to be able to play against great players and try to guard them and figure out ways to stop them. I'm really enjoying it."

Anyways Mara on Allen and iHart on Mobley to start on defense - stays low to allow Mobley to shoot. Definetly can match the size to rebound
As long as the Thunder play with their defensive principles and hit enough 3βs theyβll win a bunch of games this season
