@VictoriaPolice That bastard who put his fingers in my eyes to rub the pepper spray in is a dirty cop! He is a danger to the public. If he did that to me, he has likely done it before and will do it again. Do your job and sort it out. Draw the line somewhere for goodness sake! Get him out of the force!
