Same health and wellness podcast—just a refreshed look for 2026 🌿🌊 The past year was filled with extraordinary highs and unbelievable lows for Culture Apothecary. One year after rebranding, we surpassed 60+ million downloads, and overnight the show became one of the largest health podcasts in the world without losing an ounce of steam. To some, that may be the ultimate marker of success—but it was never mine. Numbers were never the goal. Fruit was. After Charlie was murdered I knew it was more imperative than ever to carry on the mission to Make America Healthy Again with even greater urgency. In just one year, through the guidance of doctors, experts, pastors, and policy leaders on this show, millions of American families have been freed of chronic disease, cured infertility, reversed autoimmune conditions, healed their children’s eczema, overcome the shackles of antidepressants, lost weight, restored their marriages, and reclaimed their physical health. Beyond the body, the transformation has reshaped homes and our culture. Families have returned to church, deepened their faith, embraced homeschooling, taught their children apologetics, supported local farmers, protested food dyes in our food system, and advanced state legislation banning ultra-processed foods from school lunches. We’ve seen parents mobilize for parental rights and healthy policy reforms at every level. By the grace of God, we are doing exactly what we set out to do: heal a sick culture physically, emotionally, spiritually, and politically. This audience is unlike any other. You act. You organize. You vote. You influence. I love this force of a community. One that refuses to take no for an answer and is committed to confronting what is making America sick. God bless you and your families, and thank you for continuing to make Culture Apothecary your favorite podcast in 2026 🤍 Love, Alex

Why won’t the news report on this?
PHOENIX, Ariz. – Today, U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine announced that his office has opened a case into recent reporting about three non-profit organizations registering non-citizens to vote in Arizona. The United States Attorney’s Office has already referred the matter to the FBI for a thorough federal investigation. On Monday, Oct. 26, U.S. Attorney Courchaine also sent letters to the Maricopa County Recorder and Arizona Secretary of State expressing concerns about the recent reporting and encouraging those offices to review voter registrations associated with the accused non-profit organizations. As a reminder, if you are not a U.S. citizen, you may not vote in Tuesday's election. The full press release and letters can be found here: justice.gov/usao-az/pr/distr…

What's crazy about @lauragersony's article is that she described my Democratic opponents as "non-partisan?????" My brothers' in Christ, one was posting about ASSASSINATING TRUMP. That's why you need to vote, because otherwise these are the kind of people that take your place.

BREAKING: Katie Hobbs-Aligned Canvassers Caught Willing to Allow Non-Citizens and a Felon to Vote Muckraker went undercover in Arizona to investigate the groups working to re-elect Gov. Katie Hobbs @katiehobbs and other Democrats. Here’s what we found: Stand Indivisible Arizona (endorsed Gov. Hobbs in their 2026 ballot guide) — Our journalist posed as a Canadian citizen and asked to register to vote. The canvasser not only agreed to help the alleged non-citizen register, but when asked whether other Canadians could register too, she said, “Tell them to do it online.” Worker Power (working to re-elect Gov. Hobbs) — Our journalist told a canvasser they were not a U.S. citizen. Despite this, at our journalist’s request, the canvasser marked “yes” on the citizenship question of the voter registration form. When We Count (the DNC’s own registration program) — Our journalist posed as a felon on probation and asked to register to vote. The canvassers looked up the law and saw that a felon on probation is ineligible. Even so, they encouraged our journalist to register: “You should just do it.” AFL-CIO (phone bank mobilizing voters for Gov. Hobbs) — Our undercover journalist asked a phone bank trainer whether to ask the people being called if they're citizens. The trainer’s answer: “We don’t care.” Our journalists stopped every exercise before any voter registration form was submitted. We also asked Gov. Katie Hobbs about these findings. Watch this report and share it with the world.

Sooo yea I do feel differently about a brother in Christ married to an American woman in which they have children he supported working at a Christian school being deported than a border jumper who hides in America that never even tried to get documentation evading arrest knowingly. I believe they erred and didn’t know it, I don’t believe they are lying. Yea I do feel 💯 different about these 2 situations. Drag me for it , I don’t give 2 rips because it’s not the same scenario… same outcome sure, I agree with the laws of our land and we must do what needs to be done but absolutely not the same scenario.

We respect the rule of law and are praying for our brother’s quick reunification with his family! To help his wife and children through this difficult time, donate here: givesendgo.com/support-for-s…
From Annie Sey: The Sey family would like to thank our brothers and sisters from across the world who have sent messages, offered prayers, and supported us financially through this very difficult time. We sincerely believed we were following the legal process, which we continue to respect. Sadly, Samuel was removed from the U.S. and is in Canada as of today, October 30. Although this has been devastating to our family and the outcome is not what we had hoped, we will trust God’s sovereign plan and work to reunite our family.

Elections have consequences. There are a lot of people right now trying to convince you that America isn’t worth preserving. Some want you to believe this country was rotten from the beginning, others want you to believe it is too far gone to save, and some are simply just sitting this one out. But as my husband often said, “no black pilling!” Take that to heart. If you sit out an election because you are disappointed with Republicans, you don’t get an empty government for two years. Somebody still wins and then they get to govern and they will use the power you handed them to turn this great country into one that is unrecognizable. You inherited the freedom to vote. Don’t squander it. Make a plan to vote and find your nearest polling location here: voteready.com

Look, I find a lot of the right wing podcasters annoying and unserious too. But that’s not why Republicans are headed into the midterms at a significant polling disadvantage. It’s gas prices and the war in Iran. If you think it’s about right wing podcasters, you’re on this site too much and have X brain. Most normal people have zero idea about the debates taking place on here. They just want cheaper groceries and gas.

Joe Rogan is horrified as Steve Hilton reveals where the 330,000 migrant kids Biden lost actually ended up. ROGAN: “Holy f*ck!” HILTON: “The way Bobby puts it is that Becerra turned HHS into the largest child trafficking operation in history.” A caseworker told Hilton they were ordered to ignore obviously fake IDs and get the kids out the door as fast as possible. Their directive was “Speed over safety.” If something happens to the kids, so be it. One girl was put on a plane, handed off to three strange men, and forced to work 20 hours a day. ROGAN: “Oh my God, it’s shocking. That’s so evil.” The kids were given a hotline to call if they were in danger. The problem was getting anyone to answer. HILTON: “There were 65,000 unanswered calls to the hotline.” And the people who flagged it? “FIRED.” ROGAN: “It doesn’t even seem like it could be real.” When Bobby Kennedy Jr. previously described what happened to these kids, he called it a “huge, huge tragedy.” KENNEDY: “One guy pretended to be the parent of 42 children. We have no idea what happened to those kids.” “There was about 60 kids who were sent to one address. When we looked at that address, it was a container, a steel container in the middle of a parking lot.” “A lot of them were sent to work at slaughterhouses and picking fruits in the fields. They were slaves.” “It’s a huge, huge tragedy. My agency [under Biden] was the single biggest child trafficker in the world.” And now Xavier Becerra, the man who presided over all of it, wants to be governor of California. Steve Hilton is running against him.

I cannot express the amount of special interest pressure to not talk about Iowa’s cancer rates. Lobbyists aggressively want this question swept under the rug. Now, this is the centerpiece of the Iowa governor campaign and $20 million has been spent on the issue. Lobbyists can no longer hide the truth. We can fix so much in food and healthcare if we can have an honest conversation about why Iowa has the highest cancer rates in the world - and how to fix it. It is obvious to anyone with a brain that if farmers are being mass poisoned by the chemicals they are using, that has profound impacts for Americans who are eating that food.
NEW - In Iowa, cancer upended the midterms. An Iowa GOP strategist called it a "liability" for the party that's held one-party control for a decade. In '26, $20M+ spent on ads mentioning cancer. In '22, it was less than $200K. washingtonsun.com/campaigns/…

If you’re the marketing director at @redbaronpizza you’ve been served a golden opportunity on a platter without lifting a finger. Broadcast a nationwide media campaign with this guy as the face and the theme of doing everything you can to serve busy, tired, overwhelmed Americans. Just weeks before the holiday season begins, you have a chance to become one of America’s most beloved companies and make millions of hardworking people who are hanging by a thread feel like they matter. I’m hoping there’s an emergency board meeting happening right now and that it’s filled with absolute Patriots and not HR women. The clock is ticking.
Red Baron has been gifted the marketing opportunity of a lifetime. Make this man the face of your next marketing campaign. Give him points on the backend and retire him. Triple your revenue for the year. Win, win, win for everyone. @redbaronpizza

Reese's Pieces have no chocolate in them. The peanuts had their oil pressed out and a cheaper fat put back in. Sugar is first, then partially defatted peanuts, then hydrogenated palm kernel and soybean oil, then corn syrup solids. Everything after that is 2% or less, and it's the dyes, the glaze, some vanillin and a little milk. There's no cocoa anywhere. Partially defatted just means the peanuts went through a press. The peanut oil comes out one side and gets sold as peanut oil. What's left is a dry peanut flour, and that's what the center is made from, because flour holds a shape in a panning drum and doesn't go rancid. Then they put fat back in, and the fat they picked is hydrogenated palm kernel oil, which is solid at room temperature and costs less than peanut oil. You can see the swap on the panel. 38 pieces have 6 g of fat and all 6 are saturated. Peanut oil is mostly unsaturated, so that number isn't the peanut. The shell is sugar with 4 dyes and a coat of shellac.

Very cool! Babies’ internal clocks may even start developing before birth. Expecting mothers with more regular sleep schedules also tended to have babies who slept more at night. Your sleep schedule during pregnancy may help shape your baby’s body clock.
