About me: 10+ year Saas Technology Executive and small time #realestate investor looking to scale my REI business. I enjoy my W2 career and not looking to retire early, but do have a goal of $20k/month in semi-passive #REI income.
I’m still surprised every time I hear about people losing funds on #crypto exchanges. At this point, how could you keep any meaningful amount of crypto in an exchange and not use a cold storage wallet?
Part of my W2 total comp is company stock (RSUs + ESPP). My diversification strategy moving forward will be to sell after 1-year (avoid short term gains) and invest in dividend-yielding Stocks and ETFs. Strategies and feedback to this approach are much appreciated!

If you're buying an apartment building - please don't skimp on an inspection that includes a drain / sewer camera inspection. Really, you should not skimp on any part of it (we use great inspectors and pay them well), but I can't stress the drain / sewer issue enough.
I’ll be in a position to make my next multifamily #realestate purchase in Feb. Still a lot of great cash flowing markets out there! Deciding on cash (2-4 unit) or leverage for a larger building in IN, WI or TN. Will have about $150k-$200k.
Looking to connect with more experienced investors and learn as I go. I’ve funded my first 4 multifamily buy/hold properties with my W2 income and plan to stack cash, rinse, repeat. It’s been a slow grind and self-taught journey.
