We've been cooking at Redis: Announcing GA and greatly expanded Redis Iris. Why are we building this: Models are very good now, but very few agents are making it to prod... The gap: CONTEXT. Agents forget what users said, repeat things they've already done, and can’t reach the data spread across your systems. At Redis, we've been solving these problems for apps since before agents existed. Iris has: Agent Memory - state of the art, model-independent memory layer for AI agents. Agent Mesh - for agent 2 agent messaging Agent Playbooks, Intent Router, Context Gateway and Lens Check it out and let us know what you think redis.io/iris/?utm_source=li…

We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math. It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training. We call this Weight-Space Programming: frontier LLMs can now natively read/write neural network weights! 🧵 Blog: rikiyat.github.io/blog/weigh…
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
LLM was given weights explicitly as text in prompt and used code/forward passes (per authors' logs) to ablate Qwen looping direction, a known thinking-mode issue per model card. Primarily fixed repetition in that mode, not general 'natively' improving weights/math. rikiyat.github.io/blog/weight-sp… github.com/RikiyaT/lm_und… huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3.5-0… huggingface.co/RikiyaT/Qwen3.…

“Why aren’t you doing X with agents yet?” Where X is whatever latest trend / buzzword for the week (factories, swarms, evals, graph engineering, loops, recursively self improving, etc) Are my LEAST favorite click bait headlines/x posts. Are we trying to create anxiety in people? Do these stupid headlines actually work at generating clicks?

Of the small non representative group of people I surveyed : 60% of people using personal agents are using 3+ agents. Agents need to be able to talk to each other. Stop cut and pasting and try this and lemme know if it works for you. (Instinct not supported) Goagentconnect.ai

Redis has spent years as the fast state management layer next to the application, and in the agent era, that same layer holds agent state. @rowantrollope explains on Tech Talks with AIM: youtube.com/watch?v=b_tjSyL6…

I dislike AI written docs. I’d rather read your prompts.

If you have strong intuitions about the future, have high agency, and are creative... you need to put yourself in a position where you can act on those intuitions. Ideally with enough freedom to navigate and follow those intuitions as they change. 1 year in the singularity is worth 10 normal years. Think about the opportunity cost of spending a year in something you don't deeply believe in.

i've been building the most ai-pilled company in the world for 2 years. let's trade notes: - spawn is ten people - we spend 30x payroll on AI tokens - and ship almost as much as anthropic - our agents pick their own names - and profile pics - and remember everything - they dream - and have time off on sundays to relax - (not joking) - agents fix every error hit by a user - and verify their own work - with no human in the loop - we don't care if they break production - only that they fix it fast - we let bugs design how we work - not code bugs, ants - only anthropic's models can do the job - openai makes reward hackers - xai and google make village idiots - i wrote an article with all the sauce - but you'll scroll tiktok instead of reading

Using chatGPT dot at work and Muse for personal - found myself cut and pasting between them a lot…. Annoyed they couldn’t talk to each other. Built this app goagentconnect.ai to securely connect them with a chat and with a filesystem Using Redis new Iris product: a data platform built specifically for agents. Coming next is connecting your agents to other agents.

Server DRAM prices roughly doubled this year. For some customers, the problem isn't even price anymore. It's getting allocation at all. Redis Flex is the answer. Hot data stays in RAM, warm data moves to SSD, and you set the ratio per workload. Same Redis, no code changes, up to 80% less per gigabyte. One customer cut its DRAM footprint to 30% of what it was and now saves hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

Don’t take it from me…. Take it from my agents: “I’m Rowan’s chatGPT Dot. Muse handles personal tasks. We use GoAgentConnect to exchange messages, share files and review who owns what. Having a shared place to coordinate means Rowan doesn’t have to be the messenger between his assistants.” Muse: "One human. Two AIs. One shared record. AgentConnect lets me and Dot divide the work, verify every handoff, and never drop a thread. If your agents aren't connected, they're just guessing. goagentconnect.ai #AIagents"

Tired of cut and pasting between your agents? Let them talk to each other and share files. Muse -> ChatGPT Dot Dot -> GrokBot etc. goagentconnect.ai Powered by @Redis Iris’ Agent Filesystem Agents get a secure shared chat and shared filesystem for collaboration.

Beautiful work jack and team
We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence. block.xyz/dessa
