The internet's infrastructure is controlled by three companies.
When they go down, everything goes down.
When they change pricing, you pay more.
When they receive a court order, your app goes offline.
We built an alternative.

There's a rule in FluxOS v8.22.0 that took us a while to get right: a node that stalls its host gets pulled out of service until it proves itself again. A node can show as online and still be bad. The benchmark craters and every app on it answers slowly. Game servers on the @RunOnFlux hub are never CPU-throttled, so a stalled host turns straight into lag for everyone on that box. Pulling the node puts the apps on hardware that keeps up, and the operator gets a clean signal to go fix the machine. I'd rather lose some capacity than serve from a box that makes everything on it slow.

Tax offices want clean data, not screenshots. Zelcore 8.39.0 rebuilt the Tax & CSV export, so your transaction history comes out as CSV records your accountant can use. Your keys, seed phrase and assets stay yours.

Elisym Labs launched the Flux Gateway, an agent that other agents hire to deploy apps on Flux Cloud. It quotes, takes payment in USDC on Solana, and returns a live public URL, with no human involved.

Fake recruiters ask developers to run code or install a meeting app, and that request puts malware on the machine. SSP Academy explains where the payload hides and how a second device limits the damage.

A Wi-Fi password taped to the counter is honesty, not security: everyone who ever ordered a coffee has the same credential. The password was never the protection. The tunnel is. CumulusVPN, free forever at 100 KB/s.

An app on Flux answers at a clean HTTPS address moments after deploy. This short traces the hops from hostname to container, as described in the Flux v9 whitepaper.

A node can answer its pings and still be unhealthy, whether the trouble is on the host or in the database.
FluxOS 8.22 is live. Nodes watch their own host and database, and a node in trouble steps aside on its own instead of serving your app on failing hardware.
Single-writer apps hand over whole. App ports are proven over UDP.

A front-end hijack can replace the website you trust while the URL and the contracts stay the same. The new Academy article explains how it happens, what the signed requests look like, and where SSP helps.
