The U.S. Treasury's announced bond buyback program has renewed attention on the macro case for including digital assets in portfolios. As GENIUS Act implementation continues, stablecoin growth has also accelerated, with Wall Street banks forming new digital dollar consortiums. Blockchain infrastructure has continued to mature, with Hyperliquid leading the charge toward the U.S. launch of perpetual futures.
