If you're an ADHDer, how many productivity apps have you tried? The real cost isn't the money or the time. It's the sense of failure every time you don't stick with it. And the energy you spend pretending you're not about to switch again.

One forum post put it best: you're giving the person with executive function issues the executive function homework.
My to-do list was a task graveyard, so I turned it into my long term memory. Now, when my brain wants to do something, I just start then write it down on my wall of wins after. Just starting? Still a win. One list remembers the possibilities. The other reminds me of the wins.

Pick the side quest your brain is already reaching for and just start doing it. A side quest is still a quest. Starting is win. Then write the win down afterwards in the same one place. As your wall of wins grows, so does confidence and momentum. #ADHD
