Everyone agrees the best HL is Bard for the comp.
Both TFT calculator and Ban Maomi have theorized that the correct reroll for the Jazz/Superfans line is Kai'Sa over MF. Kai'Sa 3*AVP with 4 Jazz is 2.67.
