Over 1,000 kg of cocaine interdicted in the Caribbean:
Joint Interagency Task Force South, @CBPAMO, and Dominican Republic armed forces interdicted a suspect drug trafficking vessel, seizing 1,094 kilograms of cocaine.

A coordinated multinational counterdrug effort, supported by JIATF South, led to the interdiction of a suspected go-fast vessel in the Caribbean.
During targeting operations, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection maritime patrol aircraft detected the vessel and helped guide partner nation responders to its location. The Dominican Republic @ArmadaRd later launched interceptors and a maritime patrol aircraft, and authorities moved to stop the vessel.
Results:
• 36 bales seized
• 3 people detained
• 1,094 kilograms of cocaine seized
This case highlights the value of coordination, persistent surveillance, and international partnerships in disrupting illicit trafficking.

This Colombian seizure of 2,250 kilograms of cocaine is another example of the power of the Americas Counter Cartel Coalition (A3C).

The Americas Counter Cartel Coalition (A3C) continues to combat violent traffickers and disrupt narco-terrorist networks. Together, the #A3C is securing our hemisphere. @DeptofWar
Debilitamos las capacidades armadas del Frente 57 ‘Yair Bermúdez’ del grupo narcoterrorista FARC de alias Iván Mordisco en el Valle del Cauca.
En Tuluá, mediante una operación conjunta, el @COL_EJERCITO, @GaulaMilitares y la @FuerzaAereaCol se logra la captura en flagrancia de cinco sujetos quienes se rindieron ante la presión sostenida de las tropas en el área, todos presuntamente vinculados a esta estructura criminal.
Durante la operación fueron incautadas siete armas largas, dos pistolas, municiones, equipos de comunicaciones y material de intendencia, afectando la capacidad armada y operativa de esta organización.
Este resultado contribuye a los objetivos de cooperación de la Coalición de las Américas contra los Carteles (A3C) y reafirma nuestro compromiso de fortalecer las operaciones conjuntas, coordinadas e interinstitucionales para combatir las organizaciones criminales, proteger a la población civil y contribuir a la seguridad de Colombia y del hemisferio.
