1/ Crypto theft hit a record $8.6B in 2026 through October. Most onchain assets are bearer instruments: steal the key, own the asset. Superstate-tokenized assets work differently. Here’s how we protect your assets onchain: superstate.com/newsroom/how-…

3/ Transfers of Superstate-tokenized assets check an allowlist. If a wallet is compromised, the shares can’t move to an unverified address. And because an SEC-registered transfer agent identifies the owner of every wallet, a stolen position can be restored after verification.

4/ Securities have always worked this way. Now they can work onchain, without giving up composability. Read our full post, including on where risk remains and how we work with onchain finance: superstate.com/newsroom/how-…

Most onchain assets are bearer instruments. Whoever holds the key owns the asset. Superstate-tokenized shares are different. Ownership is recorded by a transfer agent, not tied to a key. Securities have always worked this way. Now they can onchain too.
Unfortunately, the recent spate of hacks in crypto are making protocols, exchanges, vaults, etc. think more about the inherent protections that RWAs provide for onchain markets. I've been saying it for a while now and my conviction is stronger than ever - DeFi has an existential crisis on its hands which can be mitigated by integrating permissioned assets that have unique protections that bearer assets don't provide.

For over two centuries, the @NYSE has shaped how markets work. We’re grateful to be part of its next chapter as a transfer agent partner for Issuer Sponsored Tokenized Securities. Thanks to the NYSE team for their trust. We look forward to helping issuers reach new investors.
The @NYSE's network of transfer agent partners is expanding. More firms are joining us to support Issuer Sponsored Tokenized Securities on the new NYSE-affiliated venue for trading tokenized securities. Hear from our transfer agent partners, below.

The most interesting thing about a tokenized fund should be the fund. Our take on why 👇
1/ Onchain rails make assets faster, more portable, and programmable. But they can’t make a bad investment good. With $300B+ in stablecoins looking for a home, the real question is which assets deserve that capital. Our take: superstate.com/newsroom/a-hi…

3/ Why Superstate-tokenized funds? ➕ Credibility: @InvescoUS, @Bitwise, @CoinbaseAM, @ValinorDigital, and more ➕ Utility: USDC rails, onchain collateral ➕ Durability: yield not tied to DeFi borrowing demand ➕ Simplicity: one integration, many venues

4/ Better rails can’t make a bad asset good. But they can make a good asset much better. Superstate tokenizes ~$1B in regulated funds with real onchain utility, with $70M+ already at work in onchain lending markets. Full post: superstate.com/newsroom/a-hi…
