⚡️The real risk is Bitcoin gets paperized before it gets fully monetized.
Wall Street can build layers of derivatives, loans, custodial claims, rehypothecation, and synthetic “BTC exposure” around the real coins.
That can suppress price discovery because scarcity only bites when demand reaches the scarce object.
If a pension wants $500 million of Bitcoin exposure and a bank manufactures the exposure without buying $500 million of spot BTC, the 21 million cap never feels that demand.
That is Gromen’s real signal.
But financialization does not erase scarcity.
Bitcoin can move globally, settle directly, and be independently verified. Gold never had that.
The financial system can manufacture unlimited claims.
It cannot manufacture another satoshi.
So the larger the paper layer becomes, the more dangerous the mismatch underneath it becomes.
Everything works while nobody asks for the asset.
Then sovereigns want custody.
Corporations want reserves.
Funds demand redemption.
Counterparty trust weakens.
Claims start trying to become coins.
That is when the synthetic layer discovers what fixed supply actually means.
And because Bitcoin settles at internet speed, that reconciliation could be violent.
The likely path is:
Bitcoin gets absorbed into traditional finance.
Synthetic exposure dampens volatility and reduces spot pressure.
The market starts looking domesticated.
Then settlement stress reminds everyone that the underlying asset is radically different from the credit built on top of it.
The paper layer can postpone the encounter with scarcity.
It cannot erase it.
Bitcoin may eventually become base money beneath a credit system:
Base asset: fixed, scarce, final settlement.
Credit layer: elastic, expandable.
Gromen is touching something real.
He is describing how Bitcoin can be temporarily tamed.
But the same mechanism can eventually create the mother of all scarcity squeezes.
Wall Street may spend years pretending 21 million is more elastic than it really is.

This was done WITHOUT informed consent.
Billions of children and adults injected based on rigged trials.

They live in their own communities. They do not receive Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid. They do not accept government services. Their school receives ZERO money from city, county, state, or federal funds- ZERO. They have their own medical insurance pool called “Amish Aid.” They pay cash for private medical services. Pretty obvious why this is happening. A study with Amish kids was done showing they have no austism and other diseases prevalant in the vaccinated population.

The Amish in New York are facing massive fines over Democrats vaccine mandates. Amish families will likely have to flee the state after losing the religious exemption they’ve had for decades
Amish private schools are being hit with crushing fines for not having students vaccinated
The fines are roughly $2,000 per noncompliant children, multiplied by the number of school days
3 small schools were sited, of the 59 children already cited, one more day of attendance brought the total fines to $118,000, they say they can’t pay it
New York Democrats position is that every day an unvaccinated child attends school there will be a fresh violation worth up to $2,000

Did I sell it? No.
Did I receive $362,000? No.
Did somebody hand me a check for the new assessed value? Obviously not.
But my property taxes still go up because, on paper, my house is suddenly worth hundreds of thousands more.
That’s the part that doesn’t make sense to me.
This isn’t income.
It isn’t cash sitting in my bank account.
It’s a number someone assigned to my property, and now I’m being billed based on that number.
If my stock portfolio doubles but I don’t sell, I haven’t turned that gain into cash.
If my salary stays the same, I don’t suddenly owe more income tax because someone thinks I’m worth more.
So why does owning a home work differently?
WHY AM I PAYING TAX ON A GAIN I NEVER REALIZED?
A house isn’t just an investment.
It’s where people live.
You can pay off the mortgage, own the property outright, and still face a bigger bill every year because the value of the house went up on paper.
At some point, you have to ask what “owning” something actually means if the cost of keeping it can keep rising because of money you never received.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT WHETHER THE HOUSE IS “WORTH” MORE.
IT’S ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR VALUE YOU NEVER TURNED INTO CASH.
And people are starting to notice.
