CLEARED: This incident on the northbound I-5 ramp to the West Seattle Bridge has cleared and all lanes are open.
Here are some pics from the scene. A tow is now on site to help remove the truck. The NB I-5 ramp to the West Seattle Bridge will remain closed in the meantime. @SeattleFire @wspd2pio @SDOTtraffic
