Exciting news from MRO Europe: AAR Component MRO signed an LOI with ACS Aviation Industries to support customers on structural parts in Europe! Both companies will join forces in pursuing MRO opportunities on legacy nacelle products and flight controls by positioning assets in region and offering in-depth nacelle repairs from our facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas. “This LOI with ACS Aviation Industries represents an important step in expanding our nacelle capabilities and strengthening our presence across the EMEA region,” said Kenneth Karl, AAR’s Vice President of Commercial Component MRO. “Building on our successful framework in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Chonburi, Thailand, we are well positioned to deliver greater value, responsiveness, and service.” “We welcome this next step with AAR, combining ACS Aviation Industries’ understanding of customers across EMEA with AAR’s specialist nacelle repair capabilities.
