ALT What Happened? CMS released the 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule final rule on November 4. This is an important step toward January 1, 2027. The 10 new CPT codes replacing 92507 were approved and describe treatment by type and time, with a 30-minute base code and a 15-minute add-on for the following treatment areas. Fluency disorders.
