🤎 Still taking it all in. The @chicagotribune dropped a story on me & my wife UniqMoniq, showcasing all the work we’ve been building in Chicago for producers all over the nation. What started with just beats became community, then accepting spaces, & finally a place of peace. 🤎

Cory Morrison, who performs as B4Lasers, has built a small ecosystem of Chicago shows and events designed to put producers — not just rappers or singers — front and center.

This was a great hood movie back then.. for a movie released in 1992, the storyline was phenomenal, more about redemption, unlike every other hood movies. This classic movie was not rated enough 🎥: South central

Replying to @darealdibiase
@darealdibiase blends gritty boom-bap with 8-bit nostalgia, crafting sounds that bridge generations and eras. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Watts, he found his voice through dusty vinyl, classic video games, and LA's underground beat scene, including Low End Theory and Project Blowed. Now based in Sacramento, his catalog spans releases such as Machines Hate Me, Bonus Levels, and Secret Wars, alongside collaborations like Knockout with Raz Fresco and Of Age with his nephew LOWKEY. Beyond the music, DIBIA$E is a community builder, co-founder of Sacramento's Flipabeatclub, creator of DIBI FLIP SESSIONS, and co-owner of 10Thirty Records.
