It might be good to read the proposed amendment rather than sucking up to the establishment that has made Utah the highest tax "Red" state in the country.
In 2019, the people saw through the snake oil being peddled by the Legislature and Gary Herbert. It turns out that the people didn't actually want the huge increase in sales tax, gas tax, and tax on services. No, it did not go to a vote, because the politicians saw that they would lose, so they repealed it in a special December special session.
If you want to vote to delegate the power of the people to the legislatuer, they vote yes on amendment B. If you want to retain that power, then vote no.
As for Planned Parenthood, I don't follow them. I have noticed that no matter where people are on the political spectrum, freedom means freedom. If that scares you so much that you would advocate for an amendment to keep people out of the establishment's business, then you are establishment.

CPAC stands with President Karol Nawrocki and the people of Poland.
Today, while the President was out of the country, Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s government moved against Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, sending police onto its grounds and declaring its president and vice president suspended. No government has the right to use force to paralyze a coequal, constitutional body of the state. These are the tactics of a prime minister who cannot win the argument and has decided to stop having it.
The Polish people spoke clearly when they elected President Nawrocki. His office, his mandate, and the constitutional order he swore to defend are not Mr. Tusk’s to override by decree. A head of government does not get to decide unilaterally which courts are legitimate, which judges may enter their own building, or which election results he will honor.
We condemn these actions in the strongest terms. We call on Prime Minister Tusk to withdraw the police, restore the Tribunal’s leadership, and settle his disputes through the constitution, not around it. The will of Polish voters must be respected, and the independence of Poland’s institutions must be preserved.
CPAC is proud of the role we played in giving the new president a platform before his election and we are ready to lend our voice to upholding democratic values. If the Goverment was acting in good faith it would not have waited until President Nawrocki had left Polish airspace.
Law abiding freedom lovers are reeling from the usurpation of election norms in Brazil and now Poland is undergoing an unnecessary crisis of a similar nature. We pray that the situation is quickly resolved.
President Nawrocki turned his plane around to stand with his country. We stand with him.

Legacy Media keeps repeating the Democrats' lie that Elon Musk is "buying the election."
Voters must still show up, show ID (in states with voter integrity like Texas), and cast their own ballots.
Elon isn't paying anyone to vote (though the Democrats likely are).
He's offsetting the massive, one-sided money flowing to the left from billionaires like George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, and Reid Hoffman. That money is, of course, a fraction of the left's real advantage: schools, universities, and Legacy Media, which indoctrinate kids, students, and adults as the left's unpaid, multibillion-dollar campaign arm.
Giving voters more complete information isn't "buying" anything.
The "buying an election" outrage is a psyop by a left-wing machine whose information monopoly is under threat. That's why they fought so hard against the recent purchase of CNN.
The left needs Legacy Media's unified messaging to win and hates that @elonmusk threatens their lopsided advantage.
