Today I am happy to announce the release of the #FM26 3D Stadium Megapack Version 3.0 to the public!
1600 hours of work, 278 stadiums, and many many more overhauls included. Free cameras, weather overhaul, countless fixes.

You know what the best thing about FM27 is?
Even though I'm pretty positive about the game, everyone can play it for themselves tomorrow for free and decide for themselves. I know it won't be for everyone, but I'm confident the majority will enjoy it as much as I have so far.

What even is the point of doing anything at all anymore? Do I just have a pessimistic doomer mindset, or am I valid to think that this is going to literally destroy the gaming market?
Piracy will revolutionize and become unstoppable especially if lots of these AI platforms go public. We are already seeing the effects now. Sales will plummet for consoles and gaming platforms like steam or Xbox if people can just reverse engineer it for about 20 bucks with claude.
Computer components like GPU and RAM will skyrocket and become unaffordable for the average person.
I say this not just in response to this qouted post, but for the many posts like these that have been popping up over the last few weeks/months.

Ever have that feeling of just feeling a bit left behind?
With the recent developments in the scene, seeing a few match engine renderers and all that. I don't know man, feels like me and my things are just very basic when compared to that.
Seeing the rapid progression people are now making with just a few Claude prompts just makes me concerned. Am I "too slow"?
I also notice that I get less and less excited for other things releasing. Much of it looks very similar in terms of ui. Idk maybe I'm just being a negative git at this point...
Guess the best way to put it is where the hell is the human factor to the creation process and is the "progress" going so quick that we are starting to lose what made the creativity stand out?
Just think dumping, maybe I'll just make purposefully shitty looking elements as a seal of authenticity.

It's still in early development, but I believe this will be a big step towards making FM even more immersive!
Here's what you can expect:
- Ticket pricing management, fully integrated with your club's finances.
- Stadium naming rights deals with real-world brands (thanks @fmkitshub!).
- Real stadium ad boards, featuring negotiations with real-world brands (thanks @miguel!).
- Stadium expansion, integrated with board requests.
And even if your club doesn't have one of the @BassyBoy stadiums, the plugin will rebuild your team's stadium.

If Harry Kane does not win this years Ballon d'Or it is a robbery. And that's with me being as big a hater as the size of his forehead, but his season and contribution has been simply incredible.
Mbappé, Yamal and Olise have all been tremendous as well, but Kane takes it in my eyes.

China’s first AI-generated theatrical film, ‘Sanxingdui: Future Past’, has bombed at their domestic box office, only making $121,000 USD against a budget of $1.5M USD.
In contrast, the crudely animated ‘Niu Lai’ made nearly $10M USD against a budget of $200-500 USD.
As we're now in the final week of #FM26 I think I've got my year summarised in one sentence;
It's the best mistake that's ever happened to me, and though I'm happy to see it go I'm very thankful that it happened.
Without it we'd never be able to make the improvements that we did and we'd never find the findings that we have.
But to add on to it on a personal note this year has been tremendous. Going from 200 odd followers to over 24k. YouTube going from 300 something to over 10k subscribers. I've been able to make this my job now too! Different expectations, different challenges.
But it wouldn't have been possible without the support from everyone, from teaming up with @xArthurRay for the initial Megapack, then appearing on @theoldzealand's channel, the various podcasts I've been on this year, being followed by Ousmane Dembelé (current Ballon d'Or holder by the way) and all the other fantastic opportunities I got this year and tremendous people I've met... That's without going into details on what I managed to change.
So, thank you for everything, FM26 - though I won't miss you, I'll forever be grateful that you existed.
And let's make FM27 another kickass version🤘
