❗️ I am DEEPLY disappointed @KenyaAirways ❗️ Losing my bag for an entire trip with NO communication, accountability, or effort to compensate is UNACCEPTABLE. A serious lack of respect for its customers. DONT FLY @KenyaAirways Requesting my clients to NEVER fly with you again.
Fancy a bed of roses?
