You can buy a dowel rod for short money, but that doesn't mean it won't deliver huge results. In particular, we use PVC pipes a lot for manual resistance arm care at the elbow/forearm/wrist. Here are five of our favorites.

Connor Fennell said Thursday that his work at Cressey this summer helped him better understand how to manipulate his hand/wrist, enabling him to supinate more effectively.
He's been up to 92 MPH with three distinct glove-side shapes this Fall, he says.
