We’ve been rebuilding Drumee. Not another feature. Not another SaaS layer. A different way to work with your data. Your data. Your workflow. One system. Something new is coming.

Most teams remove the person. Few teams remove access. An employee leaves, but a forgotten shared link, a file in a personal Drive, or an old permission often stays behind. Removing someone from the team is easy. Removing their ability to reach company work is not. With Drumee, access is managed centrally. When someone leaves, their access can be revoked while the work stays with the company. Your people may move on. Your company data should stay yours. #Drumee #DataSecurity #DataSovereignty

Your project files live in one place. Your conversations live in another. Sound familiar? With Drumee, chat sits inside the workspace right next to your files. Discussions stay in context. History is always there when you need it. Less switching. More connected work. And full control over where everything lives. #Drumee #DataSovereignty

3 mistakes that make your team repeat the same work. A task gets passed on. The file is there. Yet someone still has to ask what happened before they can move forward. Here's what's usually missing: → The decision: What was agreed? → The reason: Why? → The next step: Who owns it? When those details disappear, teams waste time piecing the story back together. At Drumee, we believe context should travel with the work. Which of these three causes the most frustration in your team? #Drumee #WorkflowDesign

How many subscriptions does it take to run one workflow? One tool rarely feels expensive. The stack does. As apps, seats and dependencies grow, so do the costs and the number of external terms your team works under. Drumee self-hosted gives organizations the option to run a connected workspace in their own environment, with greater control over the infrastructure behind their work. Choose the operating model that fits your team. Book a demo to explore Drumee self-hosted. #Drumee #SelfHosted #ConnectedWorkspace

Your tools are fast. So why does work still feel slow? Because files, conversations, decisions and next actions often live in different places. Before work continues, someone has to rebuild the context. A connected workspace starts with a simple principle: Context should travel with the work. When context stays connected, the next step becomes clearer. What slows your team down most: finding the context or acting on it? #Drumee #ConnectedWorkspace

Self-hosting shouldn’t become a project of its own. Install Docker. Point your domain. Configure your workspace. With Drumee, that can fit into one morning. Your workspace. Your environment. Built to be yours. #SelfHosting #DataOwnership

We often judge technology by how easy it is to adopt. The more important question is what happens when we need to leave. Around 2010, I created a Facebook account out of curiosity. Leaving it later made me realize something I had not thought about carefully: who actually controls the information we create online? Our relationship with a platform is defined not only by what it enables while we stay. It is also defined by what we can retain when we decide to leave. For a business, that question becomes practical: Can you take your data with you? Will it still be useful? What happens to the conversations and decisions? What context gets left behind? We spend a lot of time designing onboarding. The same attention should go to portability and exit. Those questions belong at the design stage, not only at the moment someone decides to leave.

A relaunch means little if the way people work stays the same. At Drumee, we’ve focused on three things: - Connected work (files, chat, tasks, meetings together) - Clearer boundaries - Greater control over the workspace and infrastructure Real progress isn’t about how it looks. It’s about what it makes possible. Built to be yours. #Drumee #DataSovereignty

The most important product decisions often happen beneath the interface. How work stays connected. Who gets access. Where data lives. These choices shaped how we built Drumee: connected workflows, clear permissions, and deployment choice. Built to be yours. #Drumee #DataSovereignty

After 25 years in aviation systems, one thing stayed with me: the tools that matter are the ones you can still understand and control when it counts. Now building @DrumeeOS with that in mind. Happy to connect with founders and engineers thinking about the same things.
Your data shouldn’t come with a landlord. You shouldn’t have to rent your company’s files, workflows, and knowledge from Big Tech. Drumee is building a sovereign workspace where you own the infrastructure, the data, and the way you work. Your data. Your workflow. One system. #DataSovereignty #AntiSaaS #OwnYourData

Your data shouldn’t come with a lease. Your files. Your workflows. Your infrastructure. No vendor lock-in. No one else deciding what happens to your data. Comment "Drumee" for a demo now!

This is the real risk nobody talks about enough. Your SaaS data can be sold the moment the company struggles. That’s exactly why we built @DrumeeOS around one principle: Access. Portability. Exit. Who else is taking data ownership in 2026?

Data brokers are now buying up SaaS data sets for anywhere from $100K to $2M SaaS are struggling now and some extra money to fill the gap by declining revenues is nice That data is then re-sold to AI training companies and AI frontier labs for the exact purpose of integrating whatever that SaaS did into the AI frontier lab's app Pretty obvious to see where this is going

“Your data is yours.” 3 real tests of control: Who can access it? Can you take it with you? What happens when you leave? Access. Portability. Exit. That’s the only data ownership that matters, especially when SaaS datasets are getting sold to AI labs. Real control lives in the infrastructure, not the marketing. Built to be yours. #DataSovereignty #OwnYourData #DataPrivacy #SaaS #Drumee
