As a completely volunteer-run non-profit organization, we rely on volunteers to help make sure our events run smoothly. We’re looking for folks to help recruit, retain, and manage volunteers for community events and Flame Con.
Geeks OUT is looking for folks to keep the conversation going across our Geeks OUT & Flame Con social media accounts.

The @TranscendComics Panel at @FlameCon was an amazing discussion about #trans representation in comics. We really enjoyed being in the audience for this one!
@TomiTrembath is a killer host, as always! And it was so cool to see my brother @literary_dandy on stage talking comics!

Our social and marketing team, as well as the rest of the lovely staff of volunteers, will be taking the rest of the week to rest & recover from another successful con. We’ll be slow to respond to our DMs & emails but don’t worry, we’ll start planning for Flame Con 2025 soon!😴
We had a blast at Flame Con X and it wouldn’t have been possible without our fierce and fabulous volunteers! 🌈✨ They are the heart and soul of this community, bringing passion, dedication, and a whole lot of nerdy love to make Flame Con a magical experience for everyone.
From setting up booths to managing panels and ensuring everything ran smoothly, your hard work and commitment shone through. 🙌👏 Thank you for your time, energy, and enthusiasm. Together, we’ve created a safe, inclusive, and joyous space for all things geeky and queer. 💫💪
🎉🌈 Thank You to All Our Amazing Attendees! 🌈🎉
Flame Con X was a huge success, and it’s all thanks to YOU! 💖✨ To every attendee, exhibitor, panelist, cosplayer, artist, drag performer, and special guest – your energy, creativity, and enthusiasm made this con unforgettable.
We celebrated our geeky, queer community and our 10th year as a con. Your presence and participation brought the magic to life, and we’re so grateful for each and every one of you. 🙏❤️ Thank you for joining us, sharing your passions, and creating incredible memories together.
We can’t wait to see you all next year for more nerdy fun and fabulousness! Please share the love in the comments and tell your favorite part of #FlameConX

I know it's because of con policy but everyone at #FlameCon is wearing a mask, and it's very mindful, very demure. 😍
