🚧 Improving Walkability in Central Glendale! 🚶‍♀️ The grant-funded Central Core Infill Sidewalks Project is underway! This project will improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and connectivity near downtown Glendale by filling sidewalk gaps and upgrading curb ramps. The project includes 15 new sidewalk segments across 11 streets within a 1.4-square-mile area, making it easier for residents and visitors to get where they need to go on foot. Construction is being administered by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), with completion expected by Fall 2026. Together, we’re building a more connected and walkable Glendale! 🌵👟 #GlendaleAZ #CommunityImprovements #PedestrianSafety
