1/ In the "gold rush" of medical AI, many platforms are racing to market. But in cardiology, the difference between a "good guess" and a "clinical standard" is the depth of the data behind it. Here is why data depth is the ultimate competitive differentiator. 👇

Firefighters protect our communities. Who’s protecting their hearts? Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Campbell Rogers, shares what the BRAVEHEART registry found at TCT 2026: A large majority of firefighters with no symptoms had plaque in their coronary arteries. Once they saw their own results, most were ready to take action. They look healthy. They feel fine. But their hearts deserve a closer look. Thank you to Dr. Milind Parikh, every firefighter who took part, and everyone who visited us in San Diego. See you at AHA in Chicago!

CT-guided PCI matched IVUS outcomes in P4. In NAVIGATE-PCI, treatment plans changed in approximately 70% of patients after PCI Navigator review. Our Chief Medical Officer, Campbell Rogers, MD, FACC, on what these two studies at TCT2026 means for coronary intervention. Thank you to Dr. Carlos Collet Bortone, principal investigator of P4, and Dr. Ziad Ali, principal investigator of NAVIGATE-PCI, and to every site and patient behind this work. See you at AHA next week.

New one-year data from the prospective DECIDE registry at AHA 2026: Heartflow Plaque Analysis changed medical management in more than half of patients, with faster, more durable LDL-C control and fewer major cardiovascular events compared to CCTA alone.

At #TCT2026, we will present late-breaking data from the P4 randomized trial demonstrating that CT-guided PCI matches gold-standard imaging outcomes with greater efficiency. We will also share NAVIGATE-PCI Registry data showing Heartflow PCI Navigator changed treatment plans in approximately 70% of patients compared to angiography alone. Together, these data support bringing non-invasive, CT-guided PCI planning into routine cath lab practice. We’re excited to announce our strategic collaboration with Boston Scientific! Together, we will advance CT-guided PCI planning, connecting pre-procedural insights from Heartflow PCI Navigator with Boston Scientific's comprehensive PCI portfolio. Through this collaboration, we aim to support more informed clinical decision-making and advance a more personalized approach to care for patients with coronary artery disease, from diagnosis through treatment.

Heartflow took part in the "Coronary CT: From Advanced Diagnosis to Integrated Procedural Planning" conference, hosted at Humanitas Gavezzeni e Castelli in Bergamo, Italy. It was a day of meaningful discussion with cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, and cardiac surgeons. Conversations centered on diagnostic precision with Heartflow FFRct Analysis and Heartflow Plaque Analysis, and on guided planning to optimize revascularization strategies and structural interventions. We're proud to support the evolution of precision cardiology alongside leading experts to build more efficient, sustainable clinical pathways for patients.

What does successful CT-guided PCI planning look like when imaging and interventional teams work together? This question is the focus of Episode 13 of @SYSTOLE_live's The Coronary Corner podcast. Drs. @yadersandoval and @esbrilakis are joined by Drs. @RyanMadderMD and Michael Gallagher for a discussion on developing a CT-guided PCI program, including the role of FFRct and how Heartflow PCI Navigator supports procedural planning and training. PCI planning has historically happened during the case. What changes when planning happens before the case starts? Two new data sets at TCT2026 look at that question. Join our Lunch Symposium to hear directly from the PIs on what these findings mean for clinical practice.
