reCAPTCHA has been trying to bypass global regulations by claiming it’s not a ‘third party’ service, but ‘essential’.
Austria says “f*ck right off”.
Austrian federal court decides that use of reCAPTCHA is not “essential” and therefore the cookies it sets are in violation of GDPR/EPD, thus reCAPTCHA is illegal

Breaking: The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence has released an unclassified report into the IC and its work on Havana Syndrome, or Anomalous Health Incidents. From the first lines of the executive summary: "It appears increasingly likely that a foreign adversary is behind some AHIs."
