Has anyone had problems with their @SoleTreadmills TT8? Mine stopped working within 30 days. Beyond poor support. Console turns on, but it won’t let me start a workout — button basically grayed out.

Here’s today’s loaf. Happy with the crumb structure because no more tunnels! Much better oven spring after a tip from (Instagram: orchid_shine) to start with a hotter oven. I preheated my oven to 550F, and I turned it down to 425F after loading and for the rest of the bake.

Very happy with the shape, colors, crust, and blisters, but found myself in a deep tunnel in the crumb! There's always tweaking to do when you play the naturally leavened bread game.

My Tesla X was hit on June 11th. Minor accident. I got my car back today. 6 months and 1 day later because Tesla doesn't make enough parts for their owners. What's up @elonmusk @Tesla @Teslarati @TeslaMotorsClub? We love our X, but this was the worst experience.
Seriously... now credit to @ruhlman ? @bonappetit should give credit where credit's due: bonappetit.com/test-kitchen/…

Hey @ruhlman You sure go through a lot of salt when you boil corn in 12 liters of water! But I swear it's the best tasting corn! Ever!!!

@PocoLocoVIP Forgot to say THANKS! 1 day and 5 day boot camps look great. Still deciding.... They are not so good with email!
@PocoLocoVIP @ruhlman Been to Chopping Block. Classes are normally 2-3 hours, and I've never seen Stocks and Sauces. I need more intensive.

Do real men wear aprons when they cook at home? Would love your opinion. I splatter on a lot of t-shirts....
Homemade croutons really demonstrate the need for identical sizes when cutting something, anything, everything.
David Cameron @Number10gov the world is watching. Lead the fight against hunger at your G8 in 2013 #letsthrive @ONECampaign

love Chablis. Not talked about enough. RT “@InsideFandB: Chablis. Rethink it.”
When will my love affair w/poached eggs end? A simple lunch of roasted spring vegetables topped with runny poached eggs sure hits the spot.
Still loving @ruhlman Twenty! Now drying bacon after 7 day cure. Any preference on which side is up? One side has more of a fat cap.
Lindsey Buckingham ROCKS! @ElettraW Morning everyone! :) A lovely song to get you on your way this morning xoxo youtube.com/watch?v=02ZKmCQl…
