Back in the days, when labels will send singles to radio, they had the main song they were promoting (Side A) and a second song (Side B) which was mostly the polar opposite of the main song. We decided to use the same approach because we love the old days but also because we’ve been away for so long and have so much music to share. I hope these songs make you as happy as it makes us. This Trip & Seen Dreams are Out Now on all platforms. Stream Here: PnP2.lnk.to/ThisTrip ——— Credits This Trip - Produced, Mixed and Mastered by @certified_paq Seen Dreams - Featuring @TiTiOwusu . This is lovely to watch 🫶🏽
This is the hardest album I’ve had to make so far. It started off as a completely different project, then life happened and redirected it. I’ve always prided myself on being very honest in my music, but it took everything in me to write songs like Gold Dust, Fruit of the Womb, Angel (that second verse, my God!) and The Fall. Beyond just struggling to articulate certain feelings, I also found myself wondering whether I was oversharing or not. But my goal with music has always been to share enough of myself in the hope that it finds people like me, in the same way my favourite artists found me. I’m glad we were able to bring KANI: A Bantama Story to life in the way we did. Love to all the producers, artists and creatives who helped bring this project together. Big love to my creative director, A&R and Co-Creator, Evans Kafui Offori, and the entire @frayedjacket_ca . Love to @claythemogul and the whole team at @Goldriveroffice for the handholding. Love to @rain_labs and @virginmusicafrica for having my back. And love to all the platforms that have shown the project so much love. But most importantly, to you… my listeners. Thank you for taking time out of your precious lives to sit with my thoughts, my stories and my creation. I don’t take that for granted. Happy 1st Anniversary to KANI: A Bantama Story. I don’t understand how we want to vilify artists you can clearly tell were heavily influenced by Nigerian afrobeats hence the accents but celebrated rappers that always had British/American accents. Why hate on someone for sounding like something that influenced them?

This is actually one of my best Ghanaian album's, I fell in love with the album the very moment I watched the reaction with @kwadwosheldon @ksheldonstudios and I downloaded the album immediately and ever since it has always gotten me connected and it's already a year...
