Our big 240 page summer magazine includes profiles of all the nation's top 2027 prospects. Like the top players in Georgia, pictured below.
Yes Lyle I took that picture behind a steakhouse in Sandusky Ohio. Orlando was working at the steakhouse and had an apron on at the time. I was doing my television show in Tallahassee in the 90s and picked up an FSU jersey for players who didn't bring their own jersey.
Yes Terry the first issue came out in March 1979 and was 8 pages stapled together to make 16 pages. In 1980 I switched the color to yellow and I still don't know why. Next October will mark my 50th year in the business. I took a 3 1/2 thousand mile trip the month of Oct 1978.

BTW Tom, my late father was one of your first subscribers. I remember the yellow stapled flyer that featured the top players in each region. We loved when that showed up in the mailbox...Just like when Lou & Tim launched Go Irish!
It was a good year Pete. But the class of 86 had 141 Chicago area ball players go division one. With 19 going to the NFL. You, Oliver, Bryant and Brian were the four All-Americans from the Chicago area in 89. I took this picture at my old high school Reavis in 0° weather.

Javier Mccoy 6'2" 220 Merrillville Andrean HS, Indiana is no doubt one of the top linebackers east of the Mississippi for 2028. Will be a national recruit. Dynamic backer with terrific instincts and quick twitch athletic ability.@javiermccoy23 great instinct and he takes a natural approach to the position.Big Time.
Lunch a few years ago in New Orleans with Saints assistant coaches Greg Mcmahon and Rob Ryan and Rob's son Matt. For 10 years I had all the top players in Louisiana meet in Metairie at the Saints facilities. Greg is now coaching at Florida and Rob and Matt at USC. Great guys.
Since the Cubs aren't in this year's World Series I guess you could say that every year for the past 118 years except for (2016) so I thought I'd show you this picture I took recently by the west side grounds when the Cubs dominated baseball 1906-1910
This US Army all American east team has several future NFL players on it however the most famous is sitting close to the middle with a white tank top and a shaved head. Notre Dame's Exceptional young Coach Marcus Freeman. Even back then he was very mature and focused.
The 1995 All-Americans pose for the front cover of my wrap up issue in front of the magic Kingdom at Disney World. Throughout the 90s we took the top 25 players in the country each year to Disney World for 3 days and film a 1 hour show for ESPN. It was my favorite show every year
Filming our ESPN all American show in Chicago in 2000 I took 8 all Americans on a side trip to do a local TV show.
The back cover of my March 2007 wrapup issue. It features the east squad of the US Army All American game. Several future NFL players with the most infamous sitting in the first row Aaron Hernandez. Great athlete and was not a problem the 7 days he spent with us in San Antonio.
I took this front cover picture on a 10 foot ladder in the Alamo bowl in San Antonio Texas January 3, 2002. Vince Young was our MVP that game. It was our very first All American Game and I remember about half the top players in the country refused to play for fear of injury.
This was my 1993 first team offense for my 94 wrapup magazine. As you can see 3 future NFL Hall of Famers a number one MLB draft choice and 9 other big-time players.
